The Iconic DM10 MKII Pro Kit

The Alesis DM10 MKII Pro Kit is a premium ten-piece electronic drum set with our exclusive Alesis dual-zone mesh drum heads (U.S. Patent 9,424,827) that deliver an unprecedented degree of realistic drum “feel” and personal expression for modern electronic drummers. These ultra-quiet mesh drum heads come closer to duplicating the feel of an acoustic drum head and their natural rebound better than any previous Alesis electronic drum kit. The Alesis mesh drum heads have a precise adjustment knob so drummers can adjust the heads to provide the exact response that best suits their playing style.

Perfect for Studio and Live Performance

Designed for the studio and live performance, the DM10 MKII Pro Kit is a premium ten-piece electronic drum kit and comes complete with six drum pads (10/10/12/12” toms,12” snare with stand, and 8″ Bass drum), four cymbals (12” hi-hat, two 14” crash, and a 16” three-zone ride), and the heavy-duty quick lock chrome Rack. It’s equipped with the exclusive Alesis tightly woven black mesh drum heads that dampen acoustic noise and provide a singularly natural drumming experience. Players will immediately notice the improved feel, response, and reduction in acoustic noise, making the DM10 MKII Pro Kit ideal for quiet late-night practice sessions, as well as live performance and no-compromise studio recording.

The DM Lite Kit includes a pre-assembled 4-post rack, with all drum and cymbal pads in place. Simply unfold the arms, position the pads and cymbals, and use the quick-release fittings to set the height to match your size and playing style—no tools required. The wiring snake connects all of the pads, cymbals, and pedals to the DM Lite module with one single, convenient connection. Plug in the DM Lite module, grab the included drumsticks, and start playing!

SERIOUS SOUND, PROFESSIONAL PERFORMANCE

The DM Lite module is loaded with 200 quality drum and percussion sounds (fully accessible by external MIDI sources), making up 10 ready-to-play kits that are selected to compliment multiple genres of music. Sounds are arranged into 10 ready-to-play kits. As great as they are, sounds are just the beginning. Inside the DM Lite module you’ll also find valuable extras. The built-in coach feature, 30 play-along music tracks, and an onboard click-track (metronome) add purpose to practice sessions and improve basic and advanced skills. The DM Lite module also provides an 1/8″ stereo aux input, so you can listen, learn, and play along with lessons or jam to your favorite tracks stored in your computer, mobile device, or audio player. For making music with a computer, the DM Lite module benefits from a USB MIDI connection to allow use with popular audio recording software and virtual instruments. A headphone jack for private practice, plus 1/4″ stereo outputs connect easily to a PA system, amplifier, or recording interface.

LED ILLUMINATED PADS

The DM Lite Kit includes four drum pads—one snare and three toms. Three cymbal pads are also provided—hi-hat, crash, and ride. When each pad or cymbal is hit, an internal blue LED lights up, adding a mini light show to any performance. Plus, the pads will also flash in response to the onboard patterns and drum lessons, providing visual reinforcement to every practice session.

CONTROL ON THE FLOOR

Two foot pedals complete the DM Lite Kit kit. The first is a hi-hat open/closed momentary control pedal. Second is a velocity-sensitive piezo-controlled kick trigger pedal. Unlike simple on/off kick pedals, this dynamic pedal translates the player’s force into volume, for a realistic kick-drum performance.

Ultimate Response. No Limitations.
Drummers demand two things above all else, whether they’re playing electronic drums or acoustic drums: They want their drums to respond precisely and sound great. That’s exactly what the Alesis Strike Kit gives you. It combines the feel and familiarity of acoustic drums combined with the versatility and capability of the best electronic drums. These are the perfect drums to move beyond the limitations of a conventional acoustic set, without giving anything up.

Multiple Contact Points and Dynamic Mesh Heads
With Alesis’ exclusive multiple contact points, drummers are assured of optimized response and playability. Conventional electronic drums have only a single sensor, restricting their response and limiting the drummer’s spontaneity and creativity. Our patented multiple-sensor design evenly distributes sensitivity across the entire drum head to avoid the “hot spots” of single-sensor electronic drums.

Adjust the Sensitivity at the Source, Right on the Drum!
Need to adjust the playing response of your drums, right now, in the middle of the gig? Patented Alesis technology comes to your rescue again! Our adjustment knob is right on the drum, so you can fine-tune the drum’s response on the fly, in the moment. Increase the sensitivity for loud environments, when you want maximum output from your hits. Need a more easily-controllable sound output for quieter, more subtle settings? Just decrease the sensitivity. With our exclusive multiple sensors, only Alesis gives you this degree of control.
